Collection: CANCER BUSH

Cancer bush is a bitter herb with a hint of stevia-like sweetness and notes of pea. It is ideal for adding depth to vegetable dishes like grilled baby  marrow, Rösti and smoky bacon-green-bean salad.

Anti-cancer activity is ascribed to Canavanine and Pinitol is linked to anti-diabetic effects. Not recommended in conjunction with diabetic medication.

Cancer bush is immune boosting and used as a general remedy.
