TEA MIXOLOGY - enjoy the essence of Silver bush on its own or layer with more flavours of the veld like Buchu and Snow bush.
FLAVOURED WATER & ICED TEA - once the infusion has cooled consume as a flavoured water. Add fruit juice to make an iced tea.
1,8-Cineole is anti-inflammatory and B-Caryophyllene is linked to pain relief. Reported to aid sleep.
